WhatsApp Checker helps clean phone-number lists before they move into a WhatsApp workflow. It focuses on local parsing, deduplication, formatting, and exportable review results.
Quick start#
- Open WhatsApp Web.
- Open the Web Tidy popup and choose Verify -> Checker.
- Paste phone numbers or import a file.
- Choose the default country or country code behavior.
- Keep dedupe enabled unless you need to audit duplicates.
- Export all rows, clean or pending rows, duplicates, or format errors.
What it checks#
The checker can split phone-like text from manual input or files, detect phone columns by headers such as phone, mobile, tel, WhatsApp, contact, or Chinese phone labels, normalize numbers, remove duplicates, and mark rows by status.
Row statuses include pending runtime, duplicate, format error, valid WhatsApp, and invalid WhatsApp. The default runtime message makes the boundary clear: local verification/export is available, while WhatsApp validity checking is gated.
Output fields#
Checker result rows include original value, normalized phone number, status, WhatsApp validity, reason, source, and row number.
Formats#
- CSV
- XLSX
Boundaries#
WhatsApp Checker is for list preparation and review. Do not describe it as a guaranteed deliverability system, account lookup service, or bypass for WhatsApp limits.
