Cleanup flow
- Paste or import the phone-number list.
- Choose the default country or calling code.
- Normalize phone numbers.
- Remove duplicate normalized numbers.
- Export clean rows, duplicate rows, or format errors for review.
Keep the gates visible
Local cleaning and export are different from real account actions. Validity checking, sending, attachments, and production outreach should stay behind explicit product and user gates.
